The ICT and IP departments work together to ensure the smooth delivery of collaborative ICT lessons, in line with the MOE’s Masterplan3 for ICT, to promote collaborative and self-directed learning in school. Some of the programmes include:
1. pod-casting for EL and MT lessons.
2. e-learning module in Science.
3. ace-learning in Mathematics.
4. IT in music, making use of the cakewalk sonar software.
Staff and Pupil Training
To ensure pupils are equipped with ICT skills needed for their lessons, there is a half-yearly ICT curriculum for lower secondary pupils. For the year 2010, the curriculum is as follows:
