Our English lessons involve the use of various modes of assessment. Besides the usual pen and paper assessments, a variety of formative assessments like projects employing customized rubrics are used, as well as class presentations and debates which allow for immediate feedback from their teachers and peers. Questioning techniques are employed to help students learn and to assess learning.
